The LOI is designed to be brief. Its purpose is to give RMBF enough information to assess organizational eligibility and project fit before inviting a full proposal.

By submitting this Letter of Intent, the applying organization confirms the following:

The person submitting this Letter of Intent is, or has permission from, an authorized individual at the organization. *To be eligible for a grant, organizations that are invited to submit a full proposal will be asked to complete a short Zoom introduction meeting with RMBF staff between October 19 and 30, 2026. *In the event of receiving a grant over $25,000 per year, I understand that the organization will be expected to provide two updates annually: a brief mid-year progress update over phone/Zoom, as well as an annual report on outcomes. *For multi-year funding, reporting on outcomes will be required before the subsequent year(s) of funds are released. *The information provided in this Letter of Intent is accurate and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge. *
